SASA Fees & Land Training

Hello all swimmers and parents, I hope you are all well. Following a recent meeting with Scottish Swimming, I can now confirm the position regarding this years annual SASA Fee. Given the current position regarding the pandemic, it was agreed for this years fee to be reduced to £30 for existing club members, however anyone new joining the club will be subject to the full fee of £45. This fee is required to be paid by all swimmers, as it includes their insurance, which is required for them to take part in any club activities. Tracy will advise in a seperate post how this should be paid, and a date the payment should be made by.
We understand you are all missing attending the club, and this is also the case for all coaches & committee members. We hope to return to the pool as soon as possible, however this will obviously be dependant on any announcements made by the government, Scottish Swimming, & North Lanarkshire Council.

Whilst we are unable to have training in the pool, it is our intention to start land training in Strathclyde Park, following the relevant guidelines. We hope to start on 1 April, & further details will be given as soon as possible. In the meantime, can anyone interested please let us know in the comments section on the Facebook article, or email Club website to show your interest.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support at this difficult time, & look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.
Stay safe,

June (President)
